Writing Business Plan
The two-day workshop is designed to help participants write a business plan for their department/organization. To be able to write a good business plan it is important for one to have a good grasp of the general characteristics of a business and have acquired the fundamental financial knowledge relating to the business. With these in mind the workshop will provide participants with an overview about the overall aspects of business management including marketing, pricing, financial and human resource. The workshop is intended to guide and expose participants with a practical step-by-step process of preparing a business plan to support the organization strategic plan.

USD$300 per person with a minimum of 10 persons and maximum 25 persons
Price is inclusive of training materials and certificate. All other incidental costs including traveling (transport and lodging), F&B, training, stationery & printing, and training room& facilities will be borne by the client. Terms and mode of payment will be discussed upon confirmation.
